Julian was EXCELLENT today. Customer Service was very Professional, Kind and informative. He made me feel like we were family. I felt he was totally Honest and right up front with my garage door issues and options I had, including pricing. EXCELLENT Customer Service all around. Thank you so much for sending him! Have a GREAT Day !!! And I will TOTALLY APPRECIATE my New Garage door opener and repairs.

Julian was very professional throughout the whole process and courteous. He took the time to explain the mechanics and potential problems that came up. I told him it was a time crunch and he had everything repaired and replaced within an hour. Crystal did a great job following up and checking in with updates via phone calls and text messages.

Dylan is the best very knowledgeable and professional. He let my wife and I know exactly what the issues were and have us several options to remediate our issue. He was quick but thorough and is very good at his job. I would highly recommend Good Golly Garage Doors.

Around 10:30 pm, my garage door stopped coming down. Batteries were changed in the remote. I asked a neighbor for a referral. She referred me to Good Golly. They came out within 30 min. The tech explained what had happened and I need new stringer springs. I could see the springs on my door were messed up. It also needed a steel bar to straighten the door (it was bent and was catching on the rubber strip along the bottom of the door. The tech showed me everything and explained everything. Great job! I appreciate you came out in basically the middle of the night.

Good Golly Garage Doors is a great company. I highly recommend them. They got us scheduled fairly quickly, they were on time and even sent me a message with a gps link that showed me where the technician was. The technician was very thorough and discussed all our options with us. Ultimately, we decided to get new doors. It just made sense. They communicated regularly through the whole process and even got a call from a lady named Nicole who called in to check in on our experience. Top notch service all the way around. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
